Role Overview
The Bar Manager will design, lead, and execute a sophisticated cocktail and spirits program that perfectly complements our culinary vision. From curating a standout menu to delivering flawless guest interactions, you will be the driving force behind an elevated beverage experience that is as memorable as the food.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Program Leadership : Create and maintain an innovative cocktail and spirits program aligned with the restaurant’s fine-dining ethos.
- Exceptional Hospitality : Provide a high-touch bar experience that reflects Michelin-level service standards.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a skilled bar team, fostering excellence, consistency, and creativity.
- Operational Oversight : Ensure seamless bar operations, compliance with Georgia liquor laws, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Inventory & Cost Control : Manage purchasing, vendor relations, and budgets to optimize profitability without sacrificing quality.
- Collaboration : Partner with chefs and FOH leaders to deliver seamless food-and-beverage pairings.
- Innovation & Storytelling : Elevate guest engagement through creative presentations, unique cocktail experiences, and spirit education.
Qualifications
3–5 years of bar management experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant.Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and develop a high-performance team.Strong understanding of fine-dining service, including guest engagement and tableside experiences.Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.Detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality.What We Offer
