Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text for a high volume of inquiries
Act as a liaison between customers and production / distribution departments regarding specific orders
Communicate information requiring explanation or interpretation and solve problems while anticipating additional needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
Must be located in or around the Nashville, TN area
Experience with SAP is required
