Assists in the coordination of work of Assisted Living Staff at Luther Manor, including The Courtyards, The Memory Care Unit/Gardens, and Supportive Living. The RN or LPN for our Assisted Living Communities is a part of the team in performing various therapeutic experiences individualized for residents.

Encourages and models a team approach to accomplish the Luther Manor mission of providing excellent care and services to customers. In conjunction with the Director of Assisted Living and Director of Nursing Services, provides a role in investigating and resolving resident or family concerns.

• Licensed LPN or RN in the State of WI
• CPR certified
• Knowledge and experience in supervision, staff scheduling, and Health Information Management, and payroll.
• Knowledge of current professional theory and practice, minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care and/or Assisted Living.
• Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• The mobility to spend the majority of the work shift standing or moving about the communities.
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift 35 pounds.
• Occasional reaching to head height with shoulder elevation up to 20 pounds
