Job Description
As the Divisional Sales Director, you will lead a high‑performing sales organization to achieve ambitious revenue and market share objectives. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company’s vision, overseeing regional leaders, ensuring compliance with policies, analyzing market trends, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating high‑value opportunities, and reporting on sales performance metrics.
Responsibilities

Proven track record of leading large, multi‑regional sales teams to achieve significant revenue growth.Comprehensive understanding of industry standards, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational results.Expertise in developing and executing strategic business plans.Advanced problem‑solving skills to address complex business challenges.Exceptional leadership capabilities, including influencing and negotiating at senior levels.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred, along with industry certifications.Series 7, 63, 24 required.Salary : $170,000 per year, plus incentive pay based on performance.
Full‑time, exempt employee. Workplace model requires at least four days per week in the Invesco office. The position is based in Washington, DC.
