Travel Coordinator

The Travel & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for company personnel including scheduling air and ground transportation and lodging. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies while delivering a positive traveler experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating complex itineraries maintaining accurate records and partnering with vendors to secure accommodations and services.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements including airfare lodging rental cars and rideshare for managers in training crew support and deployments
• Validate traveler information and ensure compliance with company travel policies and timelines
• Maintain accurate travel records and trackers; reconcile expenses and report discrepancies
• Communicate itineraries and updates clearly to travelers and stakeholders using standardized templates
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize traveler experience
• Provide limited after-hours support during peak travel periods

Qualifications :

• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint with ability to learn new travel platforms quickly
• Able to work non-standard hours and weekends as required
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to eliminate obstacles and provide conflict resolution
• Integrity to maintain confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in travel coordination logistics or operations
• Bachelors degree
