Location : Enfield, CT

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $19-$22.00 per hour

Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Machine Operator to join our team in Enfield, CT. This is a temp to hire position in a clean, organized production environment. Responsibilities include applying labels to envelopes and operating basic labeling equipment. Prior machine operator experience is required—along with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

Apply labels to envelopes accurately and efficiently

Operate and monitor basic labeling machinery (training provided)

Perform machine setup, loading / unloading materials, and basic troubleshooting

Follow production instructions and safety procedures

Maintain quality standards and meet daily production goals

Keep work area and machines clean and organized

Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors

Requirements :

Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Willingness to learn and operate production machinery

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Prior Machine Operator experience required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
