Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an energetic, passionate, and certified Fitness Coach to lead dynamic group training sessions that blend strength and cardio in a science-backed format.

Current Availability:

Wednesdays: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Fridays: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Subbing availability required

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation

Hourly base pay plus class pay

Total earning potential: $26.50 – $85.50 per class

Qualifications:

Nationally recognized fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA-accredited equivalent) — or ability to obtain one

Strong communication and motivational skills

Passion for helping others succeed

Ability to build genuine relationships within a team environment
