We’re seeking a full-time Support Specialist to join our founding team in Norwalk.

What You'll Do

As a Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the operational linchpin of the dealership.

You'll support all departments—Sales, Service, Finance, and Marketing—with frontline execution and behind-the-scenes precision.

Core Responsibilities :

Vehicle & Lot Operations

• Manage vehicle movement, delivery prep, showroom presentation, and lot staging
• Conduct final visual inspections before client handoff
• Coordinate off-site transport, vendor runs, and store-to-store logistics

Customer Delivery & Hospitality

Internal Support & Admin Execution

Partner with inventory and accounting teams to maintain vehicle records

Brand & Event Execution
