[job_card.job_description]5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience with a strong grasp of backend architecture and design patterns. Proficiency in React and TypeScript for full-stack contributions. Demonstrated success in building and deploying AI-enabled solutions. Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills to navigate a highly asynchronous environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related fields. Experience with Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision technologies. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., Linear regression, Decision trees, etc.). Expertise in developing and deploying AI and ML models effectively. Familiarity with user monitoring and analytics tools. Previous experience on a Growth engineering team.
