• Key ResponsibilitiesCourt Representation
• Represent property management clients in
• unlawful detainer trials, motions, garnishments, and post-judgment actions
• Handle daily court dockets with professionalism, preparedness, and strong courtroom presence.
• Provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams after each hearing.
• Evictions & Pre-Litigation
• Review notices, filings, and case documentation for accuracy and compliance with Virginia statutes.
• Approve and oversee filings generated through
• Senex Powered
• Identify defects, delays, or client-side issues and collaborate with operations to correct them quickly.
• Client Communication & Support
• Provide
• legal Q&A
• (client calls, emails, compliance questions).
• Explain processes, timelines, and risks clearly while maintaining a friendly, solutions-oriented tone.
• Participate in client trainings, webinars, and onboarding meetings.
• Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with the operations, technology, and collections teams to ensure cases move smoothly "from notice to writ to recovery."
• Report risks, trends, or recurring client errors so the team can address them proactively.

• Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in
• VA
• (or willingness to become licensed and or in the process).
• 1-5 years of experience preferred; eviction or collections experience is a plus but not required.
• Courtroom experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Tech-comfortable and willing to work within Senex Powered and other internal systems.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
