Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
PrideStaff is seeking a responsible and upbeat Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with a great personality who genuinely enjoys working with people. This is an essential, full-time, multifaceted role that serves as the backbone of our daily operations. It perfectly blends front-office management duties with marketing functions.

Schedule : Monday- Friday, 10 AM 4 PM
Pay Rate : $40,000-$50,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception area, including greeting clients, answering phones, and handling general inquiries.
- Process credit card transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, leveraging strong proficiency in QuickBooks (essential requirement).
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Marketing & Growth
Manage company social media accounts (e.g., posting, responding to messages, monitoring engagement).Execute content creation for social media and other marketing materials.Support internal projects and administrative tasks as needed to facilitate company growth.Required Qualifications
Strong, verifiable experience and proficiency with QuickBooks software is essential.Prior experience in social media management and content creation is required.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, personable demeanor.Highly trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.High school diploma or equivalent.Opportunity for Growth
