A company is looking for a Program Director, Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the quality, operational, and financial success of workforce development projects

Provide technical direction and leadership to workforce projects, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables

Lead business development efforts to grow the workforce development portfolio and maintain partnerships

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or its International Equivalent in a relevant field

10+ years of relevant experience, with 15+ years preferred, in project management and leadership

Experience in managing complex projects at a national / international level

Demonstrated ability to secure and implement US workforce development projects

Knowledge of business development processes for government, foundations, and the private sector
