About the Role

Empire Home Remodeling is looking for a motivated Window Installation Apprentice to join our growing installation team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and taking pride in high-quality craftsmanship. You'll work directly under experienced installers, gaining the knowledge and training needed to become a lead installer over time.

What You'll Do

• Assist lead installers with residential window installations, removals, and replacements
• Load, unload, and stage materials and tools for daily jobs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Learn proper installation techniques, measurement skills, and product knowledge
• Follow company safety standards and jobsite procedures
• Provide respectful, professional communication with homeowners
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure job completion

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
