A company is looking for a Sr Analyst-Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate market data and conduct analyses to assess the competitiveness of compensation programs
Perform analysis and modeling for bonuses and incentive programs, and assist with policy documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with various departments to execute compensation strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in Compensation, with knowledge of job grading and corporate processes
3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, database analytics, and financial analysis
Experience working in a compensation environment and handling confidential information
Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
