Recruiting Coordinator Intern

A company is looking for a Skillbridge Extern - Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers

Manage candidate pipelines and requisitions using Workday ATS

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation

Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in the internship lasting at least 120 days

Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus

Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
