Position summary : We are currently seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance operations in the Nashville, TN, and surrounding area. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Pay : $20-23 per hour

Schedule :

Full time 8pm-4am Monday-Friday . Must be flexible and available to work on-call when required which can include weekends.

Responsibilities :

Work as a part of a team performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance. MUST be flexible and able to work on-call and nights when necessary. Highway maintenance tasks include, but not limited to :

• General Maintenance of potholes, fences, seed / sod, herbicide, etc.
• Road Patrol & Debris
• Incident response
• Heavy equipment operations
• Sign repair
• Bridge work and repair
• Longitudinal Cable Barrier (LCB) repair and installation
• Guardrail repair & installation

Clean driving record is essential

Must pass criminal background check

Finger Printing required, provided by Company
