Job Overview

The Equipment Supply Clerk is responsible for the distribution and collection of all hand-held equipment stored in the equipment cage (RF Scanners, batteries, portable printers, hand trucks, etc.). This role supports the department in ensuring all equipment stays in good working condition by reporting and tracking damages, monitoring missing equipment, and logging RF unit issues. The Equipment Supply Clerk assists in submitting repair tickets through the web portal for scanner and portable printer issues. This role is also responsible for counting, recording, and ordering all of consignment cage supplies; tracking and monitoring all depot consignment orders; and assisting with administrative support to other departments as necessary with reporting, researching and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include :

  • Distribution and collection of all equipment.
  • Counting, recording, and ordering all of consignment cage supplies.
  • Track and monitor all depot orders and log into SharePoint.
  • Provide administrative support in reporting, researching and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge and competence of all systems.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Starting hourly pay at $16.00 - $20.00 / hour (based on experience)

    Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Detail oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
  • Prior experience in warehouse environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
  • Physical Demands

  • Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
  • Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Sit, stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.
  • Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product : 25%
  • Sitting, Desk or phone work : 75%

    Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities :
