Surgical OR Nights Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner – Inpatient Surgical OR – Piedmont Atlanta Hospital

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to join the surgical service line team working at our Piedmont Atlanta campus. This is a 7 AM – 4 PM, 7 on / 7 off, 365 days per year position with varying call responsibilities.

In this role you will :

• Perform first OR assist duties
• Rounding on patients in the hospital
• Assist in management of post-operative and critically ill patients in the hospital
• Evaluate post-operative patients in the office setting
• Applies specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in the CVOR, ICU, CCU and CVICU areas
• Contributes to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting and provides leadership to the organization
