Sterile Processing Technician

Location : Boston, MA

Duration :

13 weeks + (Possibilities of extension)

Hours :

40 hours / Week (08 Hours / Day & 05 Days / Week)

Available Shift :

Day / Evening / Night

Schedule :

Monday–Friday with rotating weekends

Employment Type : Travel / Contract

Travel Pay Rate - $ 36.82 / Hour or $ 1,272.80 / Week Including per diem

Local Pay Rate - $ 34.61 / Hour or $ 1,384.40 / Week on W2

Weekly Pay Package for Travel Candidate :

WEEKLY TOTAL COMPENSATION

WEEKLY W-2 WAGES : $ 680.00

WEEKLY STIPEND (PER DIEM)

$ 592.80

HOURLY W-2 WAGES : $ 17.00

HOURLY STIPEND (PER DIEM)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Decontamination and sterilization of instruments.
  • Instrument set assembly without error.
  • Case cart and surgical tray preparation.
  • Maintain inventory and department stock.
  • Identify and communicate repair needs.

Requirements :

  • CRCST certification (HSPA) – Required
  • 2–4 years of sterile processing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (no experience in lieu accepted)

  • BLS (AHA)
  • CRCST certification
  • 2 Professional References
