Enrollment Counselor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students through the enrollment process via telephone and email

Manage student applications and maintain communication to ensure enrollment progress

Educate students on programs and resolve their questions and concerns

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Basic knowledge of operational systems and practices

Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs

Ability to work set schedules, including evenings and weekends

Minimal travel required (1-2 times a year for training)
