A company is looking for an Aftermarket Program Manager to lead and coordinate maintenance and service contract programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth
Lead contract administration, including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation
Analyze and report key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket, and / or customer service, or Associate Degree with 5 years of experience in the same fields
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Ability to quickly learn and multitask
Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance is an asset
