Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Labor or Postpartum Experience within the last year Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. LDRP Experience (mother / baby, postpartum, OR circulator (cesarean section), well-baby nursery and NICU or special care nursery preferred NRP / ACLS / BLS (required) STABLE (optional) NICU or Transition / Baby Catching Experience (We have a special care NSY with plan to open Level II NICU in late 2024 List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Labor : cervical ripening, induction of labor (Pitocin), MgSO4, Insulin drip, high-risk / Level II Maternal patients followed by MFM Mother-Baby Care on Postpartum Infant / NSY Care (Special Care / Medium Risk) Level II NICU C-Sections & Tubal ligations; cerclage removals Care of fetal demise patients Best personality Fit : Positive & Friendly Attitude Proactive and jumps right in Our unit is a family and we have worked very hard to maintain a good culture
