Dietary Aide

Schedule :

Part-Time

Full Schedule : 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

AM Shift : 5 : 30 AM - 1 : 30 PM

PM Shift : 3 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 PM

Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is a requirement.

Compensation :

• $19.10 to $19.50 hour, depending on experience

Requirements :

• High school Level diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food industry and with seniors preferred .
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in related field required.
• Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in the certification course preferred

Duties :

• Work on a tray line
• Serving food to residents, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
• Provides food and tray delivery to the assisted living and / or skilled care center residents
• Sets up and cleans dining room
• Maintains or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
• Assures timely meal delivery and plate preparation.

If you are interested in Dietetics or Dietary Management, this is a great opportunity to learn how to navigate therapeutic and texture-modified diets and serve food accordingly. Work under a RD / CDM. Learn and practice local / federal regulatory requirements regarding food safety and sanitation, nutrition, etc.
