Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The successful candidate will manage and maintain caseloads of clients with a variety of mental health disorders. The LCSW will provide psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation services to assist clients in achieving their goals.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals, couples, family, and group therapy
• Monitor client progress, reassess treatment plans as needed, and make appropriate referrals
• Provide crisis intervention services
• Develop and maintain relationships with families and community service providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services rendered
• Participate in quality assurance activities, clinical meetings, and in-service training
• Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Requirements and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice
• Comprehensive knowledge of psychological and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work effectively with diverse populations
• Able to effectively collaborate with other professionals
• Able to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Able to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards

Substance Abuse Treatment a plus.
