Junior Loan Officer

Jr. Loan Officer Reverse Mortgage Division

We are looking for a motivated and driven Jr. Loan Officer with at least 2 years of experience in residential mortgage loan origination to join our expanding Reverse Mortgage Division. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering paid training, commission-based earnings, a comprehensive benefits package, and company-provided laptop and office equipment.

As a Jr. Loan Officer, you will support and learn from a Senior Loan Officer while actively developing your sales skills and building a pipeline of professional referral partners within your local community. You'll be responsible for handling inbound corporate leads, performing basic loan calculations, and establishing new relationships with Financial Planners, Realtors, and other local professionals.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of residential mortgage loan origination experience.
• NMLS licensed in California under DFPI (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a strong plus.
• Prior experience with reverse mortgages or corporate lead handling is preferred.
