Are you a high-energy sales professional with telemarketing experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment? Half Price Flooring , Las Vegas’s top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement!

What You’ll Do :

✅ Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities

✅ Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions

✅ Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates

✅ Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings

✅ Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system

✅ Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

What We’re Looking For :

• ️ Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office
• ️ Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience (flooring / home improvement experience is a plus)
• ️ Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• ️ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• ️ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• ️ Preferred experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce
• ️ Ability to work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
