Job Title : Associate Attorney

Location : Las Vegas, NV 89119

Position Type : Full-Time, In-Office (Monday–Friday)

About the Role :

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our Las Vegas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional interested in building or expanding their litigation experience in a dynamic firm environment. While prior experience in creditor’s rights and collections is preferred, it is not required.

This role requires courtroom appearances and occasional travel. The ideal candidate is licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Nevada and demonstrates exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

Independently manage a caseload of civil litigation matters.

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.

Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.

Conduct legal research and analysis.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.

Ensure timely and accurate case progression and reporting.

1850 billable hours threshold.

Discretionary bonus available.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Nevada. (Experience practicing not required)

Strong academic credentials and writing samples.

Prior experience in creditor’s rights and / or collections is a plus but not required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed for court appearances and related matters.
