Senior Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to drive outcomes for enterprise customers through hands-on delivery of SEO and AEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Embed with accounts to deliver expanded services, including SEO and AEO roadmaps, content workflows, and audits

Run ongoing engagement calls, align stakeholders, and ensure clear outputs each week

Partner with Sales on pre-sell conversations requiring deep SEO and AEO expertise

Required Qualifications

Deep, hands-on experience in delivering enterprise SEO work with a focus on actionable priorities

Proven track record of owning client-facing deliverables end-to-end

Strong facilitation skills, capable of driving alignment and clarity in discussions

Experience operating at a senior level, engaging both practitioners and leadership

Preferred experience as a senior SEO or AEO strategist in a digital agency or as an in-house Head of SEO
