Now hiring for the Evening Shift (3p-11p)!
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
- Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
- Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
- Record and escalate any critical communication / incidents in a timely manner
- Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
