Principal Software Developer

A company is looking for a Principal Software Developer, Backend.

Key Responsibilities

Own architecture and technical direction for major backend systems, ensuring a balance between product velocity and reliability

Lead cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes

Design and operate applied AI systems in production, including monitoring for performance and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in building and operating production backend systems in consumer and / or B2B SaaS environments

Deep expertise in AWS and cloud-native architectures, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks

Hands-on experience with AI-enabled features and monitoring systems for quality and performance

Proven ability to design scalable architectures and lead complex technical decisions
