Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to drive client growth through the production of comprehensive proposals and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring rigorous project management and timely delivery

Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to define proposal content and scope

Continuously improve proposal content and processes based on feedback and evolving client expectations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience, particularly with complex RFPs

Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Minimum of 5 years of writing and editing experience

Healthcare industry experience, particularly in pharmacy benefits or health and welfare benefits administration

Experience handling sensitive information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), is preferred
