What You Will Do...

As a Junior Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Finance Team with day-to-day accounting tasks while building your skills in financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Record daily cash transactions and assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and organize invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including additions and disposals.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure proper expense coding.
  • Provide administrative support for accounting projects and audits as needed.

What We Need from You...

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Beginner Microsoft Excel skills, including familiarity with formulas and tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Internship or coursework experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (training will be provided).
