Patient Access Rep (ER, Radiology, Urgent Care)

Overview :

Join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced hospital setting! We're seeking Patient Services Representatives to support front desk operations across multiple departments including Urgent Care and Radiology. This is a great opportunity to enter the healthcare field-no prior medical experience required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Schedule follow-up visits and collect co-pays
• Register patients and enter demographic and insurance information
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Handle clerical duties and manage paperwork
• Communicate effectively with medical staff

Location : Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore, CA (Facilities within 2-7 miles of each other)

Schedule : Variable shifts between 6 : 45 AM - 10 : 00 PM; monthly schedule provided 2 weeks in advance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00 / hr.
