Decore-Ative Specialties is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Plant Manager to lead daily operations and drive results at one of our premier manufacturing facilities. As the Integrator, you'll serve as the second-in-command to the Visionary and play a critical role in transforming strategic vision into daily execution. You'll manage all aspects of plant operations—from safety and production to staffing and process improvement—ensuring the plant delivers world-class quality and service to customers. Second-in-Command | Partner directly with the Visionary / COO, to translate Decore's strategy into action. You will lead plant operations while harmonizing people, processes, and priorities across functions.
