[job_card.job_description]Provide intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) services in both dialysis unit and ICU bedside settings Work primarily with Fresenius hemodialysis machines with full orientation provided Connect and disconnect patients from peritoneal dialysis treatments Stable patient population in dialysis unit plus critical care dialysis support No CRRT or PIRRT therapy responsibilities Contract extension opportunities available up to 18 months Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Dialysis nursing experience required Active Ohio nursing license or Compact state license in hand at time of application (non-negotiable) Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) Current ACLS certification Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, or director in dialysis specialty from assignments within the past 12 months COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions only) Clear background check with no open cases and no license hits Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start date Medical benefits Referral bonus Weekly pay Holiday Pay 401k retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Dental benefits Vision benefits Benefits start day 1 License and certification reimbursement Guaranteed Hours
