Job Description

Manage end-to-end project delivery for interior and tenant improvement builds ($500K-$10M). Oversee estimating, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management. Coordinate with clients, architects, and trade partners to achieve design intent. Monitor budgets, change orders, and project profitability. Lead on-site execution alongside Superintendents ensuring safety and quality compliance. Maintain strong communication with clients throughout every project phase.

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or healthcare interiors. Strong understanding of fast-paced TI and renovation environments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools. Excellent client-facing and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
