Florida Health Care Plans , a well-established multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Port Orange facility!

This outpatient-only position offers a flexible schedule, no weekends, limited call, and no non-compete contract, giving you the autonomy to build a long-term, rewarding career in a thriving coastal community.

Practice Highlights :

  • Outpatient only No inpatient responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits :

    • Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician :

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in an outpatient setting.
  • Work collaboratively within a care team model, including Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management and streamlined workflows.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
