Licensed Clinical Case Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health - Work at Home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' needs and determine case resolution strategies

Utilize clinical judgment to address complex clinical indicators impacting care planning

Perform crisis intervention and coordinate follow-up care for members in crisis

Required Qualifications

3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree

3 years of knowledge in mental health and substance abuse disorders

3 years of experience in simultaneous telephone communication and typing

3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing and technology skills

Valid unrestricted professional behavioral health clinical license per state regulations
