Connecticut community hospital is seeking an NP / PA Hospitalist to join their tightly knit, highly skilled team of 8 physicians and 2 APPs. 7 on / 7 off.  Our team enjoys a good retention rate and collaborates seamlessly to ensure adequate coverage for colleagues' time off..  Our responsibilities encompass rounds, admissions, discharges, and daily multidisciplinary rounds. Whenever possible, we engage in geographic rounding..  Closed ICU.  249 bed community hospital.  EMR Meditech w / Dragon, upgrading to EPIC in July 2026.  Competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
