Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Neurolief's supply chain and product distribution. This position supports day-to-day logistics, order fulfillment, and compliance processes, helping ensure that every product reaches the right patient or partner efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with FDA and HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, label creation, invoicing, and coordinating carrier pickups.
• Maintain and update shipment and inventory records, reconciling inbound and outbound activity regularly.
• Support audits (DME and FDA) by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and serving as a point of contact during audit reviews.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform light office maintenance duties (e.g., breaking down boxes, keeping workspace organized and clean).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up items locally as needed
