2 Penguins Tap And Grill in Centennial, CO is looking for a sous chef to join our team. We are located on 13065 E Briarwood Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

We're looking for the right person to be knowledgeable in all areas of the kitchen. From the banquet side to the tap room side. This is a hands on position who will be cooking daily but also involved in prep, and leading our awesome team.

Responsibilities

  • Cooking
  • Ordering
  • Prep
  • Safety and Sanitation
  • Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
  • Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a sous chef or chef
  • High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
  • Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
