Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
• Track the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation.
• Identify and address root causes of inventory errors.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper lifting and use of PPE.
• Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures.
• Contribute to the optimization of warehouse logistics and space utilization.
• Perform audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
