Pay : $17.75 per hour

Scope of Work : The primary purpose of the Housekeeping Aide position is to perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks in compliance with established company standards and customer requirements. Work is performed in secure facilities and may include cross-training in transportation and other support functions under the contract.

Responsibilities :

• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, and wet mops.
• Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
• Vacuum carpets, sanitize surfaces, and perform odor control tasks.
• Collect and transport trash from designated areas to appropriate disposal locations.
• Collect soiled linens and assist with emergency spill cleanups; may include vacuum-sealing linens.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment; promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Identify and report facility damage, malfunctioning fixtures, or equipment issues.
• Perform unscheduled cleaning tasks or special assignments as directed.
• Cross-train and provide assistance in other operational areas as needed.
