Role Description

• Our front desk guest service team members help create a golden experience for our member families by providing excellent customer service to guests in person or over the phone. They will educate customers on promotions and special offers as well as maintain the store environment.

Shifts Available

Overland Park:

• Monday: 3:30-7:30 pm
• Tuesday: 3:30-7:30 pm
• Wednesday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 3:30-7:30 pm
• Thursday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
• Sunday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Lenexa:

• Monday: 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Tuesday: 3:30 pm-7:30 pm
• Wednesday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Thursday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

*Additional shifts can be picked up as they emerge*

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to commit to at least 4 months of employment

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
