Our client is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, operations, and customer / vendor management. This role ensures organizational health, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving efficiency and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Establish annual cost rates and oversee ERP / operational systems.
- Lead ISO internal audits and management reviews to maintain compliance.
- Direct all administrative, operational, and HR functions to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Represent the company in customer / vendor meetings and serve as the primary liaison.
Financial Oversight
Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and operational KPIs.Oversee budgeting, vendor invoicing, and expense reconciliation.Manage AP / AR processes, credit evaluations, and customer payment terms.Monitor sales fluctuations and provide root cause analysis to executive leadership.HR & People Management
Lead full cycle HR processes including hiring, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations.Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and employee training programs.Build a positive workplace culture through coaching, remediation, and recognition.Manage staffing needs, agency coordination, and performance reviews.Vendor & Customer Relations
Approve vendor invoices, purchase requests, and credit references.Negotiate service contracts and oversee building / maintenance vendor proposals.Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / business systems.Bachelor's degree required, advanced certifications a plus.Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong financial literacy including AP / AR oversight, costing, and credit evaluation.Proven HR management experience (hiring, onboarding, employee relations).7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, or business administration.Work Environment :
