Key Responsibilities
Communicate with fulfillment centers and carriers to ensure timely delivery performance
Coordinate shipping schedules and escalate issues with carriers as needed
Prepare and manage shipping documentation and analyze shipment volumes for efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or operations
Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple transportation modes
Proven ability to resolve issues under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
