A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Medical Only.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
Promote best practices and guide the claims team in accordance with company standards
Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent through hiring and training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
Claims background in Workers Compensation Medical Only
Minimum of 2+ years of people management / supervisory experience
