Job Profile : Ceramic Core Injection Operator- Level 1-3

Position Summary :

Produce quality ceramic cores using Injection Machines. Prepare dies obtain materials and inject part according to procedure.

Essential Functions :

  • Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Injection Machines.
  • Produce quantities within set standards of each part number identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers CQCS etc)
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Monitor material levels and replace as needed
  • Must assist Engineers Quality and Manufacturing as needed.
  • Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Maintain department standards for housekeeping / 6S
  • Other duties as assigned by supervision

Required Skills :

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be self-directed to accomplish goals with minimal supervision

    • Experience & Education

  • Basic math skills required.
  • Operators need to be able to comprehend and read procedures.
  • Mold or plastic injection experience preferred.
