Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist / Revenue Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison among customers, sales, finance, and IT, managing key systems

Ensure compliance of invoices with company policies and perform account reconciliations

Handle customer billing inquiries and prepare financial reports on billing activity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel

Knowledge of legal and financial regulations affecting billing and revenue recognition

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
