What You Will Do : Deliver and document safe, high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Serve in key nursing roles : clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional mentor. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive the best possible care and outcomes. Apply clinical judgment, compassion, and critical thinking to every patient interaction. Requirements Education Requirements : Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred. Experience Requirements : Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Experience requirements may vary by department. Certification Requirements : Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
